At Niorya Udhyog, your safety and satisfaction matter to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items, for hygiene and safety reasons.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nioryanaturals@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Non Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Products without original packaging

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non refundable.

5. Patch Test & Allergy Responsibility

All our products are made with natural ingredients, which can still cause reactions in some individuals. We strongly recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before first use by applying a small amount to your inner arm. Niorya Udhyog is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from skipped patch tests or known sensitivities to any listed ingredients. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist if needed.
